me is that I WORK FOR YOU, not for
any real estate agent. I
believe it to be a conflict of
interest for a real estate agent to
recommend any inspector. I
want you to know that I will be
looking out for your interests, not
the interests of the agents.
The agents should not have any say
in regards to what goes into an
inspection report. When I inspect your home, you can be
assured that the agents have had no
influence over my report.
I inspect every detail of the
property. Details such as:
- Exterior grounds, drainage
and utility feeds to the
property.
- The condition of the
exterior finish and materials.
- Decks, patios, porches,
stoops, sunrooms.
- Driveways, walkways and
exterior stairs.
- The roof, gutters,
downspouts, chimneys, vents.
- Interior electrical systems
- Interior plumbing systems.
- Interior heating and cooling
systems.
- Built-in appliances,
lighting, flooring and bath
fixtures.
- The condition of wall and
ceiling finishes.
- The structural integrity of
the home.

Society of Home Inspectors, Mold
Inspection Consulting and
Remediation Organization and the
Orange County Association of
REALTORS. These are
